Fusion Yarn (X-Yarn) and Others

In the past, an overlock sewing machine was used to seal raw edge at cuff but raveling-resistant fusible boning yarn was first produced in 1985. During the knitting process of glove fabrics, the application of a certain amount of heat to the seam prevents the edge portion at cuff from raveling.

Our fusion yarn ( a low-melt multi filament yarn) yields good bonding result even at low-temperature and a soft finishing touch remains after thermal-application. In the process of coating, our fusible bonding yarn yields an excellent sealing condition even at low-temperature in comparison with our competitors, which results in cost-effectiveness.
We are offering a wide range color of fusion yarn for your 7G, 10G, 13G glove knitting machine.
